These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CShop, a hosted platform for running an online store, point of sale and back office. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
CShop lets a business publish a catalogue, take orders online and in person, manage stock, staff and fulfilment, and optionally issue fiscal documents and collect payments. Features vary by plan, and we may add, change or remove features over time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the activity of every user you invite, and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use CShop only for lawful purposes.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before they end. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from the billing page, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
You keep ownership of the products, orders, customer records and other content you put into CShop. You grant us the permissions needed to host and operate the service on your behalf. You are the data controller for your customers’ personal data, we act as your processor, and we handle it in line with our Privacy Policy.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, overload it, or resell it without our agreement. We aim for high availability, but the service is provided as is without warranty, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other users at risk.
We may update these terms, and material changes will be notified by email or in the app. You may stop using CShop and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
