This policy explains what CShop collects, why, and what choices you have. It covers the CShop platform itself. Each business using CShop is responsible for its own customers’ data as described in the Terms of Service.
Account details you provide (name, email, business information), catalogue and order data you enter, and technical data such as IP address, device and log information needed to run and secure the service.
To provide the store and back office, process payments where enabled, send service and security notifications, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
With processors that host and operate CShop on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, payment providers), each under contract and only as needed to run the service, and where required by law.
We keep data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can access, correct, export or delete your data from your account, or by contacting us.
