For Merchants

Email address (for login and account recovery).
Business address (and other business details) to provide our services.
Payment and marketplace API keys (encrypted, used to process your sales).
We host and secure your uploaded content.

For Buyers

When you interact with a website or a bot powered by our platform, we store:

Your Telegram User ID. Your provided name, age, ID number, email address and phone number.
Order information and history for record-keeping.
Payment transaction IDs to prevent fraud and ensure fulfillment.

We do NOT have access to your credit card information.

Who We Share Data With

Cloudflare: For security & speed benefits. Also anonymized analytics. We encourage you to read their privacy policy.

Ahrefs: Ahrefs is an SEO tool used to improve our reach and analyze trends using privacy-friendly analytics. We encourage you to read their privacy policy.

Data Rights

Merchants and buyers can delete their account via the settings page. Buyers can also delete their account by sending the /delete command to the Telegram bot.
